RSA has provided plan-checking services for building departments and has represented projects before the community development agencies of jurisdictions throughout the West.

My unique business model:  Go to the site and provide everything my client needs myself.  I serve all of California with on-site design, providing a complete design service that includes structural engineering, Title 24 energy analysis & documentation, grading & drainage, landscape planting & irrigation plans, artwork, scale modeling,  final building working drawings, cost estimates, homeowner association approvals, permit processing and construction inspection. I'm experienced with all building methods and materials, site conditions and a wonderfully diverse group of the most dicerning clients.
